Roadway Electric LLC began in 1990 as a street lighting and traffic signal contractor serving public agencies across Arizona. The company built its reputation by taking on work throughout the state, including projects in communities such as Lake Havasu City, Kingman, Yuma, Casa Grande and Flagstaff. In 2007, Roadway Electric became a wholly owned subsidiary of Pulice Construction, Inc., now Pulice – a FlatironDragados company.

Today, Roadway Electric is a full-service electrical, highway signing and Intelligent Transportation Systems contractor supporting transportation, infrastructure, aviation, industrial and maintenance projects. The company’s work includes roadway lighting, traffic signals, highway signing, fiber optics, loop detector systems, wrong-way driver detection systems, airport lighting, airport signing, streetlight maintenance, signing maintenance and Freeway Management Systems.

Roadway Electric brings self-perform capability, specialized crews and modern field resources to complex electrical and signing work. Its in-house fiber-optics expertise and mobile fiber-optics facility support the growing connectivity needs of traffic signal systems, ITS infrastructure and public-sector transportation networks.

The company serves state and local agencies, municipalities, utilities, general contractors and private owners. Roadway Electric has experience with Design-Bid-Build, Construction Manager at Risk, Design-Build and Job Order Contracting, allowing teams to support projects from early design coordination through construction and maintenance.
